RETURNS
We are happy to offer a return policy on any hair extensions that have not been removed from the inlay card, worn or tampered with and in secure, sale-able, original unopened packaging, and are returned within 7 days from initial purchase and as a complete weft. All of our hair extensions are packaged so we can identify if the extensions have been taken off the inlay card to which they are attached. We predict that we will have extremely low return rates and we are very proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions providing that they are in original packaging and in sale-able condition.
Due to Health Regulations, we are unable to accept change of mind for any hair extensions, once the package has been opened.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have NOT been removed from the inlay card, worn or tampered with.
